HAHAHA,that's our dietary supplement...we look tough right...that why i want to show you how we workup and take diet supplement everyday...this our list to build the body firstly you have to take protein to increase our muscle strength...just add 1 to 2 scoop,and add with cold water or skim milk and mix.For maximum result consume 2 servings,after you drink your protien,you have to workup like push up,front support..or whatever things than you can build the muscle...after you finnish workup you have to eat capsule like L-Arginiune,Megaman,Amino Acid and Double strength fish body oil to support you muscle body,after you eat your capsule you have drink a lot of water....that's all...easy right..it is good for you to try it........

Why i choose ROTU as my co-curiculum?

A Reserve officer Training Unit (ROTU) is a unit train to volunteer reserve officers from ungraduate students for the armed force in Malaysia. Those who complete training will be commisioned as sub-lieutenents in the army and air force or 2nd lieutenant in navy. I choose ROTU as my co-curiculum because there are a lot of speciality such as we will get free college facilities and allowance. Actually I didnt know anything even interest about military profession in Malaysia. Hahahaha ! I am now hold rank of second junior and have to respect senior like hell. I have to continue my ROTU until the end of my diploma. THE END..

why friends is important to us??

Who is my idol????

My idol is Frank Lampard. He plays football for Chelsea. He is a very good player and his boss is Abramoviè. He is the second best player in the world. His team won the premier league. He has scored many important goals in games. His style of playing football is excellent. He is important because I play football in his style and I like this.Frank Lampard is the hard working person and brilliant person.I want to be like him and star like him.

Why i choose Chelsea FC as my title

Why i choose Chelsea fc as my title??haha if u want to know just read my post....i love Chelsea Fc very much,sometimes im gonna be crazy and mad about chelsea and football,if Chelsea won a game i and my freinds gonna be a very crazy..for example if chelsea score one goal,i and my friends scearming and said GOOOAAALLLLLLLL until the end of game...hahahahahahaha...then we laugh together because of chelsea winning a game...but if chelsea lose a game,for instant:in 2009 chelsea lose penalty to manchester united in champions league final game...im very tearful and very sad and im crying in lonely.....that's why im a very DIE HARD FANS CHELSEA FC AND THAT'S WHY I CHOOSE CHELSEA FC AS MY TITLE..........
