MY DAILY DIETARY SUPPLEMENT
HAHAHA,that's our dietary supplement...we look tough right...that why i want to show you how we workup and take diet supplement everyday...this our list to build the body firstly you have to take protein to increase our muscle strength...just add 1 to 2 scoop,and add with cold water or skim milk and mix.For maximum result consume 2 servings,after you drink your protien,you have to workup like push up,front support..or whatever things than you can build the muscle...after you finnish workup you have to eat capsule like L-Arginiune,Megaman,Amino Acid and Double strength fish body oil to support you muscle body,after you eat your capsule you have drink a lot of water....that's all...easy right..it is good for you to try it........
